[ Chicken Française ]
--------------------- INGREDIENTS ---------------------
🍳 2 Potato
🍳 2 Boneless Chicken
🍳 Salt
🍳 Black Pepper
🍳 4 Cloves of Garlic
🍳 20g Butter
🍳 2 Stalks of Rosemary
🍳 85ml of White Wine
🍳 1/2 Lemon Juice
🍳 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
--------------------- INSTRUCTIONS -------------------
1. Chop garlic and set aside
2. Cut potatoes into wedges
3. Cut chicken thighs into bite size
4. Marinate chicken thighs with salt and black pepper
5. While marinating, cut 1/2 lemon & squeeze out the juice and set aside
6. Heat the pan with olive oil
7. Pan sear the potatoes until all sides are golden brown, then remove and set aside.
8. With the remaining oil pan sear the chicken thighs with skin facing down first until golden brown, then start stirring it, then add in butter and rosemary.
9. Add in chopped garlic and saute for another minute
10. Add white wine, continue saute until alcohol evaporate
11. Season with salt & black pepper to your taste
12. Lastly, add in lemon juice in stir well
13. Remove from heat and plate chicken on top of the potatoes
