for Brad's cut plug, can we just soak the pad that it ships with, in a herring scent oil? Rather than filling it with actual tuna?

*Great item. First cast out of the package caught a nice bass. Pulls smooth in the water and sets up nicely immediately upon retrieval. Worth adding to your tackle box.*

I like using the rubber bobber stops myself, they are a little bit more difficult to install on your line, but easy to adjust and it's a smaller profile than the string. I been trolling cut plug for big trout.

What pound test line you using for leaders and what size rubber bobber stop? Really like that idea. Thanks!!

Just pulled a large mouth bass last weekend trolling North Fork American River with the cutplg. Was surprised but a fish is a fish.

I don't know if I would have caught all this fish I do if it were not for Brads. Down here in southern lake Michigan the thin fish is king. I have caught hundred of coho and kings on them. In the spring I can go out and pull 6 to 8 lines and have nothing but Brad's thin fish in red and black on every rod. Brads are hands down my go to body bait in the spring.

Great video! I just purchased my first few Brad’s cut plugs. Can’t wait to put em in the water. Looks like I need to invest into a couple of the originals too. Just preparing to start Salmon fishing. I’ve only fished in the ocean my entire life until recently. Now I’m getting into fresh water fishing and I’m definitely Addicted.

How much weight are you trolling with using the different Brads plugs? Do you need a line counter reel in rivers like the Columbia? I live in Eugene, OR.

They work phenomenally, especially for the kokanees. I only have 2. Funny just today, I was going to order a couple more in Amazon, because they started to peel off, due to normal use, but right now I can't afford it. Totally recommended.
