I’ve always wanted to fish rivers like that, I live in northwest OKLAHOMA and we don’t have steel head. I like my meat rare medium rare, but that’s for beef, I’ve never had elk steak let alone been lucky enough to release an arrow at one. I really enjoy watching y’all do your thing thank you so much for taking us along for the ride.

I think every steelhead fisherman can agree that fishing in the snow is like no other but looking for that trophy in the snow is something that you have to experience because it is the best time to search for that trophy.I have had only a couple of times that ive hooked and landed some giants in the snow, the biggest weighing around 18lbs and length of 42 inches and girth of 19.what a hog!I love your videos and tutorials, been a fan since the beginning and will be here till the end! keep up the good work and keep on grinding it out.

A trophy trout for me is a 30" rainbow or brown, when it comes to brook and cuttys I'd drop to 24". I've never caught one but colorado don't offer alot of fresh water trout that size. Biggest bow I got so far is 24" at 5.3 lbs and a 22" brown trout that I didn't weight due to a fast release

I’ve only hooked 2 steelhead one summer and one winter both were lost before I could comprehend that it was actually happening, been fishing for coho and chinook since I was 8 or 9 but never steelhead fished my dad wasn’t into it, took me until I was 20 to even actually do it myself thought about it since I was 15. I remember vividly hooking my first chinook on my own, wasn’t until I was 14, running the banks out fishing a lot of guys at that age was a good feeling, out fished a lot of people until I was 19 and then I was watching people out fish me a lot😂 but last year I think I did pretty good just for going after coho. 24 marked many more lost or let go, I think I let go around 5 or 6 coho either too dark or the day was just too beautiful and I didn’t feel like killing such a beautiful fish.
