I can completely agree re blackouts, they are DEFINITELY a thing Ridgy! I had blackouts for most drinking sessions from 16yrs to mid 20s, and so many thereafter too. My brain became so accustomed to blackouts that i started having them kick in after just 2-3 drinks by about 20yrs old.

Thank guys. Great info and spot on. I live with a functioning alcoholic and its helpful to see how it works in their heads. From my point of view it's not fun. It brought me to tears recognising the behaviour.
