We just had a stomach bug go through our house. It was a 12 hour-ish bug. I threw up from 1:30am to 4:30am same day. It was not fun. Same thing with my kids. It was a few hours of throwing up but a complete 12 hours of not feeling good.

I never took my daughter Trick Treating when she was little, it has just gotten scary these days. I truley enjoyed it when I was littleso what I did was have a party with my friends children and a couple of her school friends. I asked each child to bring a bag of candy and they passed it out to each other. I did not do much planning I just had them do a dance and freeze game and they just played together for an hour or so. Other than providing a beverage and some years cupcakes that was it and they enjoyed it

Hand, foot, and mouth is typically contracted through the fecal-oral route, so that is probably why she didn’t get it from the sucker. The best way to prevent spread of HFM is through good hand hygiene!

It’s true about grape juice. My kids would always tell me they are going to hurl instead of vomit. It made it a lot better then saying the V word. Go figure😊

I have 5 kids and they all had the stomach bug about a month ago. I have struggled with the same phobia my whole life and have only gotten slightly better at handling my anxiety when we all get sick. It is a struggle every time they get this terrible bug. Another stomach bug is going around my kids' school. It just seems like it never ends. Ugh!

My husband vomiting is the loudest thing in the world. I cannot be around when he is doing it. He vomits all the time because he is getting older and eats in bed at like 10 pm and then gets heartburn and has to vomit when he wakes up. I Hate it.
