This pell drill teaches you how to create other drills to better all aspects of your fighting by breaking things down in stages. This one focus heavily on how to have superior footwork for all the situations you train for in SCA Heavy Combat.
The idea behind this method of training is to try and perfect a situation and then try to prepare and train for as many other situations as you can think of by creating other drills and practicing each of those stages. This builds an amazing amount of confidence within yourself as well as taking a lot of the thought out of it when you're out there swing stick.
