As you suggested in your previous videos I've attached IIM forms along with all evidence and submitted multiple webforms.. Got a reply 1 month back stating that the docs are sent to the relevant office.. still waiting to hear back from them on next steps.. my visa expires in Nov, so hoping I hear back bfore expiry. Hi Kubeir , Any assumption on the timelines. March 2020 AOR FOR PR. Got my PR in April 2022 , I haven’t landed yet as I am to get married in September 1st week ( court marraige ). I have updated via webform to ircc about changes in family composition two times with 3 weeks gap. Got an update - saying request is recieved and forwarded to relevant office. Been a month with no further update.

What if I do have a long-time common law partner (more than one year), and in my EE profile I indicate I am single. Is this considered misrepresentation? If not, can I apply as single and then when I submit EAPR, I get married so that my girlfriend also gets PR? If I declare common law partnership and she not accompanying, if we get married, can I add her after submitting EAPR? Thanks 😊

If you are in a common law relationship then u must disclose in the application, otherwise it is considered as misrepresentation. If you get married after the submission of your application, then you can add your spouse to your application without any issues.

Average processing times are 12months and yes in some instances nationality may play a big part but more importantly it will the merit of the application that will decide the speed of processing

Thanks for the video. I have informed IRCC about my marriage after receiving COPR. They have provided list of forms + documents to be uploaded from CIC for adding my spouse but there is just one field to ‘upload documents’ in my profile. So how do i upload these 4 forms and so many documents? Pls can you help

Had the same problem, so I contacted IRCC. I was told to submit via Case-Specific enquiry form instead. So you might want to try that.

Hi kubeir thanks for your informative videos. I received my ppr and submitted my passport. However it was returned without a stamp. I recieved a passport resubmission letter. Hi Kubeir, according to Steven Meurrens who has been on this channel, losing an LMIA job (50/200 pts) after AOR of CEC application will not lead to refusal even if it drops below minimum CRS. Is that correct?

Query regarding non-accompanying to accompanying Hello.. sir. Post AOR I got married and informed to IRCC (as a spouse non-accompanying)but they didn’t any updates After 2 month later they issued my PR(RFV mail) I immediately raised web form and email to IRCC Ottawa and new Delhi then I sent passport with all documents. Got received passport with visa stamp and COPR letter with marital status single. Now my file status is approved and closed Now my concern 1. I called to IRCC and informed about my situation they told me officer will reopen your file and add your spouse. 2. Now actual what I’m saying is may i add my spouse as non-accompanying to accompanying ? Will it affect my file in anyway ?

Never heard of them. Check on CICC website if they are licensed and then make sure you get a proper retainer agreement from them with all terms specified
