Why would it PTFE have dipole - dipole forces? C-F is a polar bond but the shape does not give the moleule a dipole

Hi Joy Dipole-dipole forces are intermolecular forces not intramolecular ones. The dipole-dipole forces occur from the interaction between multiple molecules of PTFE
