Changing my diet saved me from debilitating back pain, nerve pain, joint pain, muscle pain, digestive issues, raised blood pressure, 20kg over weight. It took around 8 months for all these problems to resolve. I'm completely pain free and never felt and looked healthier. Since 2020 I've only been eating fatty meats, seafood, eggs and dairy. Prior to that I was eating the mainstream version of a healthy diet (lots of veggies, fruit, whole grains, low fat, eating the rainbow etc) for decades and watching my health slowly decline. Dr Anthony Chaffee, Dr Paul Mason, Dr Ken Berry, Dr Shawn Baker, Dr Gary Fettke, Dr Benjamin Bikman, Dr. Malcolm Kendrick, all helped me get my health back.

Statins are nonsense, glucose above gluconeogenesis level is nonsense too. Reason of todays obesity and health problems is only one - carbs in every single meal. I had a very bad headache for 2 weeks, I don't know what was that it felt like pressure in my head and felt like nausea too. I sprinkled half capsule of B1 on yogurt 2 days ago and within 30 minutes the headache was gone and I felt like I wanna get things done. felt energetic . didn't know I had insomnia too cuz I slept so fast that day lol. felt like I was angry for no reason .

Thank you. Very informative. For pain I use castor oil packs on any body part. They are widely know for liver detox. But I've never done that. I've used Tham for ankles, knee, jaw pain. One hour with a hot pack or 1.5 hours without. Also homeopathic arnica is useful. Also Jin Shin Jyutsu which is like acupuncture without needles, gentle touch only. And it's better than acupuncture because you can learn to do it on yourself and so can do ut everyday for all kinds of diseases and pains and emotional issues.

Sounds amazing, thanks! Also know as Accu-Pressure I believe?
@regina68384 ай бұрын
@@ianstuart5660 No. That's different. There are many specific systems that are acupuncture without needles, Jin Shin Jyutsu comes from Japan and there is no pressure, no massage, it's wonder for balancing and healing.

Tanning lamps were not mentioned. I would do that before taking the vitamin D supplement, as Vitamin D may need to be reclassified as a hormone. If so, then we should be careful with taking hormones. Better to support your body's production of its own hormones.

Drinking at least 1h away from food and not diluting your stomach acid. Chugging a lot during eating is not good for digestion. Your esophagus needs low, acidic pH to fully close. Otherwise it opens and stomach contents spill out and cause reflux.

Excellent answers. I not only like finding Great practitioners like Elliot, but I also like seeing so many people Helping each other😊. If I may add some other good practitioners? Dr Eric Berg, Dr Peter Osborne, Morley Robbins, Barbara O'Neil. If I list to many the tube will sensor.

For lime, I would do the 3 day fast University of California Berkeley. Put out the results of a study in 2018 showing a 3 day fast would reboot your immune system. Also a parasite cleanse for at least 30 or 40 days is helpful for lyme

Can I drink coffee while fasting or just water?
@ProvocateuAstrology24 ай бұрын
Water or tea with the fast. You don't want to dehydrate yourself. So herbal tea would be best. That's also why coffee would not be a good idea. You need to have as much stamina as possible when you don't eat for 3 days.Because by the 3rd day might be a little bit dizzy.But the benefit is worth the cost
@andreahodson70314 ай бұрын
@@McHoneyBunnyLPsi fo fasts and i also drink coffee not all day just in the morn. as long as drinking plenty of water and a little sea salt you will be fine. no supplements unless powder form as the capsules will break the fast.
