Changing my diet saved me from debilitating back pain, nerve pain, joint pain, muscle pain, digestive issues, raised blood pressure, 20kg over weight. It took around 8 months for all these problems to resolve. I'm completely pain free and never felt and looked healthier. Since 2020 I've only been eating fatty meats, seafood, eggs and dairy. Prior to that I was eating the mainstream version of a healthy diet (lots of veggies, fruit, whole grains, low fat, eating the rainbow etc) for decades and watching my health slowly decline. Dr Anthony Chaffee, Dr Paul Mason, Dr Ken Berry, Dr Shawn Baker, Dr Gary Fettke, Dr Benjamin Bikman, Dr. Malcolm Kendrick, all helped me get my health back.

@@binathere2574 Healthy carbs dont exists. All carbs, starch, fructose ends like elevated glucose in blood. And elevated glucose in blood is problem everytime it happens. This is why insulin always immediately lowers blood glucose level to normal gluconeogenesis level. Your liver knows exact amount of glucose your body need right now, same as cholesterol. Statins are nonsense, glucose above gluconeogenesis level is nonsense too. Reason of todays obesity and health problems is only one - carbs in every single meal. Ëxcess energy and low or no mineral and vitamin nutrition by eating carbs.

Nightshades and gluten cripple her as does mustards, horseradish. Already off cow dairy due to an actual allergy and eating LowFODMAP for kidney stones. She was doing cleanses of all types and eating healthy enough before it got to be too much and she got a diagnosis. Also no alcohol or anything other than distilled water as anything else causes her pain. At whit's end for what else to do, her diet is literally the most boring thing ever. OO and balsamic vinegar, salt and black pepper are her best friends with any meal. Hot and humid weather doesn't bother her so much. Today is very windy and that's causing shoulder flareup. She takes probiotics, and necessary supps as mentioned.

If it has a man’s name or a symptom name, then the science is being deliberately hidden from the medical community. The best place to look for real information is in the last 60 years of cellular microbiology papers, specifically where those with electron microscopes can identify patented entities and the exact process taking place. You see, all of the new problems are patented, specifically for commercial optimization. Think about that for a while.

Do you see similar patients return to independent functioning? Or is long term supplementation a necessity? Love your work, your enthusiasm and passion. Really special to see. So much of my pain I learned was all the “healthy” foods esp veggies I was eating in order to heal from mold & tick diseases.. spinach, sweet potato, almonds in all forms, cashews in all forms, all grains including gluten free, all nightshades, all legumes, chocolate esp the dark chocolate they say is so healthy… So I quit eating nearly everything.. I now eat meat esp venison, elk & pork, eggs- usually raw from local farmers, full fat coconut milk with no guar gum- ordered online from overseas- I use this as my base for raw eggs, usually 8-12 raw eggs a day.. Rarely I will eat cream cheese, sour cream, no sugar yogurt, but dairy doesn’t agree with me even the lactose free.. Carnivore is the way to go. I feel best when I just eat meat eggs & butter…

VDR polymorphisms also affect how well you metabolize D3. It is entirely possible that Liposomal D3/K2 helps get around the effects of VDR defects, there are nearly a dozen. This paper elaborates on VDR polymorphisms. Can't name the paper since the algorithm stays up nights weeding out any helpful information. >>In conclusion, serum vit D level may be normal among arthritis patients but polymorphism on VDR gene restricts vit D to perform its anti-inflammatory function by altering the 1, 25(OH)2 D3 binding sites.

Thank you. Very informative. For pain I use castor oil packs on any body part. They are widely know for liver detox. But I've never done that. I've used Tham for ankles, knee, jaw pain. One hour with a hot pack or 1.5 hours without. Also homeopathic arnica is useful. Also Jin Shin Jyutsu which is like acupuncture without needles, gentle touch only. And it's better than acupuncture because you can learn to do it on yourself and so can do ut everyday for all kinds of diseases and pains and emotional issues.

Tanning lamps were not mentioned. I would do that before taking the vitamin D supplement, as Vitamin D may need to be reclassified as a hormone. If so, then we should be careful with taking hormones. Better to support your body's production of its own hormones.

Drinking at least 1h away from food and not diluting your stomach acid. Chugging a lot during eating is not good for digestion. Your esophagus needs low, acidic pH to fully close. Otherwise it opens and stomach contents spill out and cause reflux.

Water or tea with the fast. You don't want to dehydrate yourself. So herbal tea would be best. That's also why coffee would not be a good idea. You need to have as much stamina as possible when you don't eat for 3 days.Because by the 3rd day might be a little bit dizzy. But the benefit is worth the cost
