You know, I skimmed through the comments for this video and not once did I read one from any of the haters who came after you, and do you know why? They don't have the guts! People get on here and try to be all high and mighty but when it comes time to argue their defense, they tuck their tails and run. If they had felt passionate about 'the environment', they would come back and argue their case but because they didn't, that tells me they knew there was no argument in the first place. These folks couldn't care less about whatever it was that offended them. They simply wanted to stir the pot. You're one of my favorites and I appreciate what you do. However, she actually asked her viewers for their honest opinion, after being a PR free channel for well over 5 years. I appreciate that you do not except PR , from beauty product manufacturers. You give and honest , unsolicited and unpaid review. I follow and subscribe to your channel for this reason. There is no way to test a product but by using it. You personally purchase, use and review every item. It should be no surprise that over time it begins to grow and get out of control. Your declutter videos are that, getting rid of products you no longer want or need. Who, what and where it goes is your business. Your channel has helped me a lot. I have had an area of skin irritation that is so sensitive that EVERYTHING irritates it and makes it red, even the "calming" products I had tried. I just recently got the Klair's Midnight Blue Calming Cream after you talked about it. It worked great where nothing else did. I simply wouldn't have found that without your channel. The people who say those silly things to you are completely clueless about cause and effect. Is Consumer Reports destroying the environment with its testing program? Absurd. You have so much integrity, truly! That’s how I have always perceived you. I wish people could stick to their ethics/values and not get hurt along the way, but sadly, they do and if you’re in the public eye; even more !!! seriously mother Teresa would be getting trolled and degraded and critiqued if she had a social Media account. To focus on the recycling/waste thing in your case is completely ridiculous. First of all, you don’t. And you’re generous, funny and kind. Hi Sarah, being a subscriber of your channel for some time now, I can only say, if you enjoy making content, please continue. I can only have some kind of respect and admiration for all content creators that dare keeping up with this job or hobby I can only imagine all the criticism...not good enough job...not beautiful enough.... lack of information etc. It can be a lot to deal with!!! it's childish to always ascribe critique to jealousy. people might have actual concerns about overconsumption, and that isn't jealousy. i understand a hoard is necessary for these videos, but you should be able to see where people are coming from, rather than immediately dismissing them and acting like their concerns aren't valid.

If people don't know that a natural side effect of being a skincare channel is having an incredibly expansive skincare collection, they're probably too naive to engage with. I mean, you upload new product reviews frequently and we all know approximately how long a product lasts. If you were using products at the average, non-influencer rate, you'd make a handful of reviews per year and wouldn't be able to stay relevant as a channel. Anyway, the majority of us understand the trade-off and appreciate the honesty.
