Hi, I have moved into a new property and the previous owners never passed on the code. When I turn the alarm on at the socket it just keep going off and the tamper light is on. Is there any way I can change the code without knowing the previous one? Thanks

Yes but you'll need to get an alarm engineer out to do it as it isn't ideal putting that kind of information out in public.

Hi there, try this method. Press Prog (enter old code) press 8 (enter new code) and press the tick/set button

Hi - I have one of these alarms. We had a power interruption and now our alarm has the tamper light on. Even if I put in our code the alarm keeps going off. Would you know what we need to do to reset it please?

This might sound a bit daft but have you tried pressing the reset button? If you have then it could be a variety of issues but I’d recommend checking any fuses on the board inside the panel Incase they have blown first. Let me know if none of this works.
