Adelaide Metro Trains at Dry Creek, Dudley Park and Islington on the Gawler Line

English - Adelaide has a fairly extensive suburban network. Aside from the Great Southern Rail Indian Pacific, The Ghan and The Overland interstate services, the Adelaide Metro services are the only local services left in the state.
The line to Gawler is non electrified and serviced by diesel 3000 and 3100 rail cars. In this video we visit the stations of Dry Creek, Dudley Park and Islington.

I ]prefer passenger train videos over freight trains. Passenger trains stop and have people and all that, but freight is basically all the same. But I think it is great that your channel has both! :)

Wow. Great footage of our trains. Long video too with lots of trains. I must head to that spot to do some filming soon. Next time you're here you should head over to the Seaford line where the 4000 class run if you have spare time. It's a great line for filming.

Are those railcards diesel-electric? Engines are rather noisy, but they make quite an interesting electronic sound.

No is so unfortunately The 2000 class Jumbo Rail car was retired by that time but at that time they still sat in Dry creek

Jumbo 2006 and 2112 are so lucky escape the scrap torch at protect in Australia National Railway museum same with 2109 and 2010 to Steamranger but for the last set 2003 2106 2012 and 2117 were all scraped in June 2016
