Half the crows team has played less than 50 games give them a break

Crows fan: Sid Draper fits Crows better than Jagga. They need speed and class in the midfield. North not looking at Jagga, so need to trade up if that’s who Crows want. He’d be there are 4. Maybe if Draper goes to Carlton he pulls a JHF and requests trade back to Adelaide in 2026????

interesting call! Surly Draper would not do that though... I reckon LDU was a one off with that

Crows have some serious young guns coming though - max , filthy , Rankine , Draper , Rash , soligo plus a glut of potential guns - need to steal wanganeen Milera next year too

As a Crom fan, I agree. I don't think we need to trade up. There are more mids that fit our needs than there are picks before ours. I do believe Draper, Lalor and O'Sullivan are better fits for us than Smith (I'd like some more aggressive midfielders. We have guys who get the ball. Id prefer they use it better). My point is unless you have your eye on a very specific player for a specific quality (future captain, specific play style etc), these players are all rated so close at the moment theres no point biting into your capital for next season. Save that second round pick for a trade sweetener

Jagga smith is exactly what the crows need

Agreed, unless there are personality reasons for not picking a couple of those top Victorian midfielders, I wouldn't be using future draft capital to move up from 4. Smith would be a good fit for Adelaide - they lack a quality ballwinner with good disposal skill - but so would Draper, so would FOS - we need more skillfull speed as well - and Langford's ball winning and disposal skills would also fit well into Adelaide's midfield.

yeah seems like the Crows still need a couple different answers in that midfield especially with how ya look at it!

@centrehalfbench7 Still developing and gelling. It will be interesting to see how the new additions and the younger developing midfielders in the squad progress over the next couple of seasons.

North want to trade pick 2, they will pick tauru with a later pick.. they will most likely still take him with pick 2. Leaving carlton with O'Sullivan and then crows pick who they want out of draper or jagga

2:00 I would rank Max Michalanney above Rachele in recent draft talent.

Don’t listen to the mainstream bananas. The crows rebuild began in 2020, not 2018. The years following the 2017 grand final were the ‘we can go again years’. They officially bottomed out in 2020 marking the beginning of the rebuild. Since that time they have rarely missed at the draft. What i believe you’re referring to was the drafting from 2015 to 2020. That is the reason their current rebuild has been long and strenuous one.

Blues now favourite for Jagga at #3 so the trade up by crows may be on the cards for Jagga
@centrehalfbench73 күн бұрын
Yeah which is crazy to think because I just feel like the blues don't need a big ball getter

@ as a blues fan I agree. Let’s see how it plays out. Draper my pick

- blues fan here too, we don’t need or want Jagga. Draft Draper or FOS if there, point of difference midfielder needed.

Why do you carry on as if reporting other peoples material is some kind of "scoop"?
@craigcombridge63533 күн бұрын
Oh behave, there is thousands mock drafts about 25 to 50 draftees spoken about & at the moment about 10 teams have first round picks
@Andy-o2f2 күн бұрын
@@craigcombridge6353 Thousands of mock drafts with a level of similarity that deifies the odds of independent analysis and is basically regurgitated tabloid swill with one or two minor amendments. Mock drafts are the McDonalds cheeseburgers on the AFL draft menu. Do you ever see Kevin Sheahan doing a mock draft? Nope! They are absurd undertakings.
