I NEED to compliment the interviewer - what a professional and sensible guy. I loved it when he started the question about _My little love_ saying that he wanted to be gentle and that it wasn't his intention that she talked about anything she didn't want. And he talks to her so carefully and attentively. Can we have more people like him in the media?? ❤️

Absolutely! I thought the same thing. What happens when two thoughtful, reflective, aware and real people use their talents in a way that is not self promoting, gimmicky or sensationalist. Such a pleasure to watch and sadly such a rarity to experience. Big congrats to both of them for giving so much food for thought. I had to write down some of Adele’s responses because they were so real and insightful.

Adele Laurie Blue Adkins, known professionally as Adele, is an English singer and songwriter who has achieved international acclaim for her powerful vocals, emotive performances, and deeply personal lyrics. Born on May 5, 1988, in Tottenham, London, Adele's meteoric rise to fame began in 2008 with the release of her debut album, "19." Adele's distinctive voice, characterized by its soulful and rich tones, quickly set her apart in the music industry. Her breakthrough single, "Chasing Pavements," earned her widespread recognition and won her the first of many Grammy Awards. The success of "19" established Adele as a force to be reckoned with in the music world. However, it was her 2011 album, "21," that catapulted Adele to global superstardom. The album, inspired by heartbreak and personal experiences, featured hit singles like "Rolling in the Deep" and "Someone Like You." "21" became one of the best-selling albums of all time, earning Adele numerous accolades, including six Grammy Awards in one night. Known for her ability to connect with listeners on a profound emotional level, Adele's music often explores themes of love, loss, and resilience. Her introspective lyrics, coupled with her soul-stirring performances, have resonated with a diverse audience around the world. After a brief hiatus, Adele made a triumphant return in 2015 with her third studio album, "25." The lead single, "Hello," became a global phenomenon, breaking records and reaffirming Adele's status as a musical powerhouse. The album continued her streak of critical and commercial success, earning her additional Grammy Awards. In addition to her musical achievements, Adele is celebrated for her authenticity and down-to-earth personality. She has been praised for her honesty in discussing her struggles with body image and the challenges of fame, making her a relatable and admired figure. Adele's impact on the music industry extends beyond her chart-topping hits; it lies in her ability to transcend genres and captivate audiences with the raw emotion in her music. As of my knowledge cutoff in January 2022, Adele remains a highly influential and respected artist, and her future endeavors are eagerly anticipated by fans worldwide. I love you Adele I write an essay about you,

Great interview! Interviewer is super prepared and easy going, and Adele is so open and honest about her life experiences and the process of making the album. '30' is a masterpiece to me - it's really different from anything she's done before in terms of production and her experimentation with sounds/genres. The whole album was a ride. And I've loved everything she's done since '19', but '30' was a whole other level. It was just soo therapeutic in a way I can't even explain. I loved it so much and I'm SO glad she decided to release it after contemplating not doing so.

Great interview Tom. It was so nice to watch Adele let her guard down as she realized you’d truly listened to the album and were there to talk to her as a musician and not just as a “star.”

Exactly, you could tell he was talking to her as someone who understood it was an act of expression and reflection on some very rough times, not just a cool thing she did at work

This is a wonderful interview because Tom talks about the music and asks Adele interesting questions about her songs. He understands music and has listened to Adele’s album. A lot of interviewers only want to talk about a musician’s personal life and ignore the music.

THANK YOU Adele, you have no idea what you have done for this world, especially with everything we are going through now.

I cried so much listening to the album and watching this interview. I was really worried about Adele because the emotions she expresses in the album are all feelings I feel on the daily and it hurts. I am so relieved that she’s doing better. Everything she said was so powerful and relatable. Very inspiring.

She is so wise! I love that we're so close in age so her albums have been like a soundtrack to my grown up life. Her albums have been the therapy that I've never had the nerve to get for myself. I said on another video that I was scared of this album because I didn't feel ready to face my feelings like her albums make me do. But after this interview, I'm excited to listen. When she talks about entering your 30's and looking inward and evolving and leaving behind the traits of yourself you don't like... brilliant. Then to make an album that encapsulates that... man!

This is so so exactly how I feel abojt essentially yes being her age and growing up with her and felt with this album, is so the therapy we know we need and are excited for but also terrified of the demons it might make us have to face.

im not gonna try to sit here and hot sauce anything but real talk after listening to this album and really paying attention to the lyrics and what shes trying to tell us i sat here and shed a few tears cuz i could relate to some of the things and feelings she was going through and it really hit home for me..i hope everyone can appreciate what a gift she has given to us by her being so vulnerable and letting us into her personal life with this album..hearing her say that with her job comes being a celebrity and she ain't into all that and hates being a celebrity just shows to you how humble and down to earth type of girl she is and what you see is what you get and it makes us love her even more for being so real..thank you adele this is exactly what the whole world needed right now during these scary and uncertain times its like a breath of fresh air for all of us she is truly and angel sent from above to help the world heal..god bless her

When I listen to Adele, I’m always blown away by her sincerity and genuine-ness (is that even a word?). She’s not gimmicky, or phony, or interested in writing/singing for the purpose of fame - she’s REAL! She writes/sings from her heart - about real problems, troubles, heartbreak, strength, weakness, and progress. And, I for one, can relate to many of the songs on this new album. She put into words many things that I’ve thought or felt at one time or other in my life. Adele is a treasure!
