I can give you some tips that work for me: - I always prompt in the style with 3-4 parts max, usually [music genre, mood, theme, other (optional)]. For example, in this one it's [Power Metal, Dark, Religious, Female British Vocals]. - The beginning is extremely important. It should be crisp and have a good melody, as this sets up the rest of the song. - Always start with [Instrumental intro] in the first part of the song. This will most of the time start with a melody. - You can fix bad lines. For example, if a verse has 4 lines and lines 1-3 are sung well but the 4th is bad, you can extend the song from the 3rd line of the verse with the 4th line in the lyrics. - Listen to see if the AI is having trouble with pronouncing words or with the tempo; sometimes changing the lyrics can help. - Patience and credits. I put a lot of credits in each song. Also, sometimes extending from a different second can help, so experiment. I've been working with Suno for about 9 months now, since version 1, so it's also experience with the platform. Some things you just "know" from experience, like having a hunch when something will turn out good. Hope this helps! Good luck!

@@GammaAkutabi Yes, but before going to ChatGPT, I do a lot of research about the characters. I write down lines that I want in the song, themes, etc. Only after I have a general impression of what I want to do I go to ChatGPT to get more ideas and variations, choose from them, and complete the lyrics, fleshing out each part of the song. Suno lyrics are awfully generic, it's like going to ChatGPT and asking it to write a song about "X." It will be awful, trust me.
