If I recall correctly, Holiday Hare 94 doesn't technically have 3D bonus levels either. Or rather, it has bonus levels but they're recycled from the bonus levels of Episode A of the registered CD version.

It seems like you can play both versions of Holiday Hare back to back, and it'd be just like playing through a complete episode (albeit one that's missing a couple of levels). I'd probably play it '95 first then '94 so it'll end properly.
