I’m having chronic boredom since I was a child and it’s gotten worse over the time. Now I’m at school and it’s really taking overhand to the point where I have trouble sleeping (I’m getting my diagnosis for adhd soon though I hope stuff will change soon then)

Also early childhood development can play a part in that. If your parents didn't teach you emotional regulation or didnt play with you much, you will have issues with being bored

Excellent tips. POMODORO works, but after the first break, I drift away 😅

This is such a staple of ADHD community: people saying they'll get back to you and then never doing it. Comes with the territory haha

First. THANK YOU so much for sharing this. I used to invite a friend over just to sit and keep me company while I cleaned. This was around 2012 or 2013. I wasn’t diagnosed and had no idea this was an ADHD thing.

Great video with amazing tips for flow! I realized during the pandemic just how vital flow was to my life when suddenly I couldn't get it at all, and then even when I eventually could it was at the whim of my brain. But I've got my precious flow state back thanks to FLOWN! My brain and my soul are SO MUCH happier now!

Such a great video! The information in here I've kind of heard before but not really enough and certainly never presented as well as you have done. Congratulations and thanks for putting in the time to make this video.

the problem is, even when i end up breaking things into smaller steps, i can often forget what those steps are, and i often end up not having fun anyway... so, uh...

You know, I've learned to listen to music in order to get stuff done that I don't want to to, but then sometimes I just get overstimulated by listening to music.
