@@ducktheboardrubber Yes! Ive appreciated you talking about it because it made me realise how present it is for me! I was privy to feelings about social events I wasnt invited to, which is a very obvious one, but Ive become more aware of the tiny moments in my daily life and how I cause tough moments for hubby because ive misinterpreted his intentions! Eg, he told me to go and help the child and I immediately felt like he just didnt want me in the room with him! 🤦‍♀️ It is actually really awful. I would have retorted with sth to that effect but this time I caught myself bc I realise it is my silly brain... 😫
