I said in your Comments a few months back that I'd like to see you in Matt Madness! I even asked at a few other channels if *the channel* knew how to get someone in but no one seemed to know how. A couple days back I ran across a channel -- forget the name now but think they were newer -- who did the same thing as what you did here in asking for consideration.

Haha you said I should be on it awhile ago. This year Matt changed the rules and anyone who wanted to be had to ask this year and his Patreon group is voting on who gets in to compete so a little different previous years were invitation

Unfortunately you have to be an ADHD Patreon member to vote on his Patreon group doubtful much of my audience is. Last year he did qualifier rounds this year he isn’t so only 24 slots open we will see if i make it in depends on how many people submit videos

To my understanding, if you sign up for ADHD Whiskey's Patreon for $3 (credit card or PayPal) you can vote to get Bill in. (Cancel at any time, $3 is charged right away and then again the 1st of each month.)

So have you -- or has anyone here -- heard what's going on with Matt Madness at this point? What channels have thrown their hats in the ring? Is the voting going on inside Matt's Patreon yet? Or when will that start?

@@bourbonbill, Matt had said the Tournament kicks off May 24th. And he had said there are 24 spots in total that are open. I haven't seen a ton of short videos telling Matt that they want to participate so you may have a decent shot at getting in! Surprisingly. there may be some "big names" absent this year. I haven't seen a video saying they want in from Jason Mash nor Chad Night! Josh Stuff wants in. (Him doing a *ton* of double blinds has to be about the best training there can be.) And Dara Average wants in. (She *can* really pick up notes accurately and identify distilleries -- I've heard that women naturally have better ability to pick up notes than men!) And Jeff Friend wants in. (His whiskey ratings seem similar to mine; he's no slouch.) And that dude David Dotcom wants in. (I don't watch that guy that much and figured he was kind of a joke but I guess he did surprisingly well last year. Got lucky?) I was hoping to see Dillon Curiosity take a shot but no short video was made.
