Excited to try this shoe but it's sold out in white here! Black just doesn't look the same. Some other comparisons I'd love to see: - Evo SL vs Superblast 2 - Evo SL vs Rebel v4 - Superblast 2 vs Endorphin Speed 4 Disclaimer for transparency haha: these are all shoes I own or am considering getting and have been researching them!

I love it, Got over 100 km in 3 weeks of use. From 8-10k easy runs to the longest run of 26km with various paces and some intervals. It’s a super fun shoe.

One of the stripe on the inside of the shoe is digging in my arch area. I got a blister because of that.
@raddadbodtv7 күн бұрын
Interesting! Do you feel you’re shifting around in the shoe at all?
@renzjervissanandres24027 күн бұрын
@raddadbodtv i am. I have a low volume foot. The evo sl is very roomy in the forefoot for me. That's why i wear thicker socks with antislip and I cinch the laces tight. Maybe that's why thr stripe is digging to my foot.
@raddadbodtv7 күн бұрын
@ that makes sense to me, do you use a runners knot at all? I know the tongue on these makes it tough but I wonder if that would help with lockdown as well
@renzjervissanandres24027 күн бұрын
@@raddadbodtv i dont use the runner's knot. Lock down on the heel is okay. No heel slip at all. It's just that the forefoot is so roomy for me. I think there's a 1 to 2cm space from the top of my toes to the upper.
@raddadbodtv7 күн бұрын
@ my personal experience is that the runners knot can help generally with lockdown not just the heel but that makes sense. Sounds like the overall shape just doesn’t work for your foot unfortunately
@scotthilton54067 күн бұрын
Pretty much agree with everything you said. My only complaints are the tongue not being gusseted and the lacing system in general. Adidas just needs to borrow the Brooks Hyperion tongue and lacing. With that said, this shoe has been awesome for me. Great step in feel, great cushion/feedback, even with the noted "complaints", I have not had issues with lockdown or laces coming undone. I avoid plated shoes in general as I don't get along with them, this was my Houston marathon race day shoe and it performed awesome. Thanks for the review, have a great one.

Yeah I don’t understand why brands don’t make gusseted tongues the standard tbh

Just got my pair delivered today 💪 ....initialy, as many others, i didn't like superficial hype about this shoe, though reviews seems a bit wierdly to kind or not honest , plus how adidas handle this release made me not wanting to get it (even its one of better looking running shoe that easy can wear casually - very rarely tge case).... then seen Sagasu review and immediately ordered the pair, now on same day pair arived i see your review upload.... now I can't wait to get out of the door 😅

Yup I went out and bought it myself because I had to see if the hype was real! It’s legit one of my favorite shoes ever

Was it easy to buy them in USA ? In europe release day is 1st Feb and it will be lottery for buy 😅😊 crazy, like Yeezy few years back

It wasn’t haha, I bought on a reseller site because I really wanted to review it

I recently bought s endorphin s4 , not happy with that shoe feels weird in the forefoot, hard and uncomfortable, do u think it's better than ss4?
@raddadbodtv7 күн бұрын
Completely different use case! Endorphin s4 is a workout shoe built for hard workouts and racing. This is a daily trainer that can punch way above its pay grade.

I don't get why this shoe is so hyped. Outsole is not durable, too much exposed foam. Sidewalls are too high, digs into shin bone.
@aerovespr7 күн бұрын
Also the step-in feel is cold and unsupportive - very different from other hyped up Adidas shoes like the Boston 12, the SL2, or its main competitor NB Rebel v4
@raddadbodtv7 күн бұрын
I haven’t had any issues with anything you’ve said other than the outsole. The shoe to me is faster than the rebel (which I absolutely love) but more stable and has more foam allowing me to go longer and hold tempo paces even easier. Classic case of not every shoe works for everyone though!

Bad cheap quality special the outsole,tounge,laces, 3 years old foam, really bad lockdown for a racing running shoe anf not an exciting-fun run ... PSX is a lot more fun and the foam definitely seems softer and bouncier to me
@raddadbodtv7 күн бұрын
It’s a daily trainer not a racing shoe and is $150 though so I wouldn’t compare it to racing shoes. Which shoe are you referencing with PSX?
@Aron-t6m7 күн бұрын
@raddadbodtv Yes but its overhyped ... Adidas saved money (tounge/laces/upper and provided us with a 3 year old midsole,the outsole is poor stemped with Conti 😂) and that is still being hyped... 🥱 Special a daily trainer, should be solid constructed, especially in terms of durability. There are not always solid conditions on the road.
@raddadbodtv7 күн бұрын
@ to each their own but in my opinion there isn’t another daily trainer on the market with as good of a midsole. Race shoes? Super shoes? Of course. We’re talking a $150 daily trainer though
@Aron-t6m7 күн бұрын
@@raddadbodtv Adidas should invest less in marketing ...(and not just Adidas) and a little more in quality. We all know how much the production costs for such shoes are 😉
@raddadbodtv7 күн бұрын
@ I don’t disagree but if you’re implying that I was paid then you’re wrong btw. In fact I wasn’t even gifted these, I paid over market price on a reseller website because I wanted to review them
