Sir I am a State Board (WB) student(PCBM). Yeah I do read NCERT regularly (for NEET) but our board syllabus is so much vast( specially bio) and the books we have ( recommended for board purpose) having volume like your Harrison's vol-2(11 th Bio). And (to the point based format of answers they want in exam). So how we (ISC/ state board) should prepare for both the exams ?? , (as we have not the kind of privilege like [CBSE students] of writing NCERT stuffs in boards. Please do some favour for us doc...
