Adjacent segment disease- Can Prolotherapy help or is another fusion always necessary?

I would love to use prolotherapy, but until insurance covers it, it is out of the question. I stay in pain and have had three levels of my cervical spine fused.

Can instability in the cervical spine causing blockage of the cerebral spinal fluid cause seizures tonic clonic full-body convulsion seizures and after so many years of seizures it will cause psychological disorders and personality changes causing memory to be gone it has crippled my career seizures started three years ago out of nowhere MRI showed every vertebrae has collapsed would prove therapy be something that could help

An old school friend of mine was in a car accident and now has a couple joints fused in her neck. Is there any chance she can still get prolotherapy/PRP/stem cell treatments that will prevent this awful syndrome from developing?

I had a 2 level l3t l4 fusion 6 months ago and never regained leg strength maybe still have problems at l5

I had ALIF Surgery August 2022 and I cannot sit but so long stand but so long lay on my back so long got to change sides also have spasms lower back still,My Ortho doctor would not recommend another surgery on my back sciatica Nerve also my neck I can hear a cracking sound moving my head left to right upper part of my back be hurting What would you recommend what is going with me

Post ACDF c5c6 and c6c7. Years later the adjacent segment problems is common and the neck became straight without any curvature and causes serious severe pain… A frkn car accident occurred and it got so bad. Exasperated my neck pain. And problems with thoracic spine got worse and left side back pain. How about that. When you discover that the only people you know or talk to are my physicians, orthopedic doctors, etc, then that’s kind of scary. Oops. Went on a tangent. Anyway, no. I’ll stop writing. Damn it
