Adjusting a Repetition Spring using the Hart spring tool

First find the spring with the tool, catch it with the slot. Lower the spring to clear the groove, then move it to the side so that when you press down, it will miss the spoon and jack regulation button. Press down to weaken. Replace it in the slot, using the tool's dimensions to place it there (the tool touches the side of the lever).
