I uploaded the evidence and sent hardcopy hopefully they will accept my evidence. They claim they couldn't tell if I qualify to be my husband sponsor but I make well over the poverty line so I went over everything and hopefully we can move on. Only good thing is my husband is scheduled December 4th for his Biometric

That’s fine. As long as you turn it in and gave everything that is required of what they asked. And make sure it’s signed by any forms. Also you can still the biometrics. Also they asked for a an updated Affidavit of Support (we thought we had filled this in correctly already but are re-doing it). We also were asked to submit I-693 Report of Medical examination & Vaccination record. I had a full medical examination by a civil surgeon in the UK ahead of my K1-visa interview. I met all the vaccination requirements at the time also. What did you guys do?

We didn’t get an work permit or early advance parole for the AOS. Once we got the green card approved. It’s good to go now. And she is able to travel and work right away. Her green card is being mailed out now

Yup. Once the uscis gets your updated rfe. And they received it in hand. They will update the case number receipt and make sure to process it again. They will update it every time they can In order to get approved. So keep checking.

It’s okay. If you got an rfe. Just turn in what they are asking you and you will be fine. But make sure to send it before the deadline cutoff.

If the i134 is current forms. Then it’s fine. But if the forms changed. Then you need to resend to your fiancé. The paystubs and everything is fine and evidence to it. It’s the form that needs to be updated and current.

Are you talking about when filing for the AOS ? If you need to do your adjustment of status and get your biometrics appointment. You need to turn in your paperwork for it. You will need to do the i485, i131, i765 and i864 forms and gather your evidence. Once you do that and turn it in to uscis. They will review and send you your biometrics appointment after that. They said they cant change her last name because her I94 is on her maiden name. Do you know if we can put her married name to the I485 even though her social security card is still on her maiden name?

Well if you got married and you have the marriage certificate officiall. You can still go to social security and change her last name. They should of done that. And it’s super easy for them to change it. Cause we did it at the social security office and we printed out the i94. And got the marriage certificate. And her k1 visa passport. And from there. They changed it for her.

Did you get approved on the k1visa for i129f ? If you did. Then you will get a welcome letter on email from the nvc with your case number and location of embassy From their. You can track your case on this link to see if your case is ready. ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?App=IV From there. If your case is ready. You can do the ds160 and pay the fee And finally to set your appointments interview up and get ready for setting up your folders for your interview next. Goodluck
