@ellib3811 they will ask for the updated one. Scanned copy is fine naman. Pero kung ayaw ni f mo, that’s up to you. But he has to understand that those documents are necessary for the interview. Specially his tax docs. Pero kung ayaw nya, that’s all up to you guys.

Yup. But it’s not allowed to bring bags or purses there. You just have to bring the envelope with documents.

Hi, so all the documents you just mentioned and showed were copies? Like did you have to submit all of these to them during the interview? Or was it just extra proof. Once they viewed it, they gave it back?

They also checked the original copies of my persona documents such as birth cert, NBI, Police Clearance and Cenomar and they took the copies of each then handed me back the originals. For my petitioner’s docs, all are copies too and they accept it. All of the documents I took are extra proof.

As far as I know, it’s not needed nowadays. But better check with US Embassy.

Yes just a scanned copy. They asked my husband’s 1040 and it was just a copy sent by my husband through email.

Hi Che just like to ask got my medical from NMC they gave me 2 envelopes I have to give it the the US embassy and bring it during the interview right? when I picked it up the nurse seems not to know she was not assigned to that department cause I got it late at night

Yes, the thick one, you have to hand it to the consul during the interview, the other one with CD, you have to give it to the IO at your point of entry in the US.

No he did not, he only use a simple envelop but he put tabs next to it so it’s easy for the USCIS officer to check all our papers

If petitioner is American and you’re Filipino, you only need to provide yours. But if you’re both Filipino, yes, both of need to provide.

You don’t need to. Dubai residency visa is same in Abu Dhabi as they are in the same country and the only place for interview is the Abu Dhabi US Embassy

Yes sis.. yung P3 kasi, andun yung link para makapag sched ka ng interview. Actually, may mga kasabayan ako dati na di na nag wait ng p3, nag pa medical and set ng interview sila kahit di pa nila na reciv ang p3. But for me, I really waited for it, just to make sure. Nung dumating p3 ko, nag set agad ako medical and appointment.

My fiance send me just his tax returns of 2021 and 2022... I don't have his I-134 form... He said his lawyer already send it to DVC... I guess... he still not sure... So do you thing his tax returns are compensate all these documents? even bank statement? we already have a child together...

Form I-134 and tax transcripts are the most important documents needed during the interview.
