I submited my adjust status since 29 dec 2023,ready biometric and scaned,required more document and sent what required. But my adjust status is not approved yet till now. Hi bryan i did my interview and they said my case need to be reviewed,please idnt that a way if saying its been drnied and if on review how long do you yhink it takes thans

It depends on what they are reviewing and if your case needs more further investigating. So it depends on usics. And if you submitted enough evidences to your case and if your relationship is valid to be approved. Usually it takes about a good two weeks to see what they will either need from you or let you know that you got approved.

Congratulation!!! I have been following your videos it helped me with my K1 visa and I have just filed for green card. Thank you so much for such detailed videos which helped many like me. I have a query on my greencard application I have put the page markers (sticky note paper) on the right side of the documents and forms. However in website it said on the bottom. Also some of the evidence documents pages are little longer than the rest of the documents. Will it get rejected coz of these 2 things ?

Hi, Bryan Thank you for your great videos. My fiancé is coming to the USA with her K1 visa. We have no idea what will be happening at POE .US Airport. If She must be in the visitor’s line , what kind of question will be asked, if she will be taken to the immigration office at the airport for US entry procedures, etc. if you could share POE experience, it is very helpful.

Pretty much your fiancé will give the sealed envelopes that needs to be presented at the airport security. the airport security will ask questions of where are you going? How long are you planning on living here and where you’re located at in staying? Things like that will be questioned by the security officer. But you definitely need to present the sealed envelopes that’s part of the K1Visa approval. You also have your fiancé present their passport with the K1Visa stamp.

Hi Bryan! Sorry for bothering you, but me and my fiancé are wondering about the whole greencard process. Was it possible for your wife to take your last name? And if yes, did she have problems with the Immigration documents because of the name change? I'd like to get my fiancé last name once married but we are afraid that it will be a problem once it comes to filing for aos or other Immigration document. Thanks
