🇦🇺😎👍The 7 shot ones were banned down here for being too deadly. No super high capacity shotguns allowed

I despise our government. People making laws about things they don't understand. Make it hard for us farmers to even own them so we can put food on their table. Keep your silly laws to the city.

If you look at the lever action rifles used in Cowboy Action shooting virtually all have a leather wrap around the bottom of the loop, this makes a HUGE improvement in comfort when shooting a lever action. You can buy them from many suppliers but I usually make my own. They can be sewn on, laced on or I put snaps on mine. You can also buy leather shoe laces and wrap the bottom of the lever with the leather laces. I use snaps on mine, the lever can rust under the leather, so I take mine off and oil it every time I clean it.

What you did with the shell is called ghost loading or carrier loading. I see how that gun would prevent you from properly doing this if the shell pops back. It's a way of getting an extra shell in the gun. Load one in the chamber. Fill the tube. Open the action and push the shell down into the carrier. Load another shell into the action. There you go. One plus one, plus your full tube. Maxed out carry. Great trick for hunting to give you an extra shot. Hate plugs.
@theredtomahawk62067 жыл бұрын
the be aware part is actually an advantage because it gives you an extra round if you take the trouble to put the max capacity by removing the spring putting the shells and placing the spring again.

Regarding the tendency to beat up your knuckles: wrap paracord around the bottom edge of the lever, tie it off, and run a lighter under the bottom to soften it and make it set up in position. It makes levering rounds much more comfortable in large quantities.

Receiver reminds me of a H&R Excell auto 5 (also made in turkey). To me a lever action shotgun seems somewhat impractical for a field use gun because working the lever would place pressure downward pulling the stock down and barrel up and off target for a follow up shot. Lever action seems longer and slower than a pump. However a shorter more tactical lever action would be practical in closer range defense scenarios and off hip shooting. I'd say a day of shooting a lever action would be hard on your hand. I'd put some kind of padding around the finger loop. This is not worth the price tag either. For what youd give for it you could buy a whole and half another rem 870, win 1300, or moss 500 or any other used pump gun with more readily available replacement and after market parts. Novelty and nothing more. Just my opinion.

I bought the 5 round .410 version of this gun. I found it in my gun store and was only going for $250. I never owned a lever gun before and I wanted to try one out before investing "heavily" into a gun. So I went and bought it as a simple "test" gun not even thinking I would like the gun since it was obviously cheap but I was blown away at how nice and sturdy it was once I started trying it out and I shot it for nearly 2 days straight and it quickly became my favorite gun I have ever owned
@gotthesinglelife7 жыл бұрын
Or countries who has extremely tight gun laws that banned all semi auto rifles then this is an option compared to the old twin barrel shotgun like in Australia which by the way did not reduce gun crime like our own terrorist attack armed with a semi auto shotgun which was banned ages ago.

it's a super cool idea. looks cool, but as the camera gets closer you can notice it's a bit rough around the edges. even the checker in looks rough. Really unfortunate. Maybe next model will be a bit cleaner.
@damianmoskos22992 жыл бұрын
They r cheap and the guns coming out of new factory seem to b finished off nicer mine really only has one superficial negative that is the butt pad looks and is really rough but its a farm gun. If I got a more expensive gun I wouldn' use it as much.
@robertbogan2257 жыл бұрын
You can ghost load a lot of shotguns or whatever you want to call it fill the mag tube drop the bolt with a round in the chamber then open it a little just enough to push that shell in the chamber down onto the loading gate then place one in the chamber close it up and you got one in the barrel one on the gate and in my case 5 in the tube

Take up, or creep? It looked to me like you showed normal take up. Trigger creep to me would be any movement after it has reached the wall, but not every trigger is designed to break like a glass rod either (best example of a glass like break that I have would be my Daniel Defense MK18 with Geissele SD3G, or Walther PPQ M1 Navy 9mm).

Had mine for a while now its a 28" barrel have looked after it and it still looks really nice it is super fun to use but also really functional for farm use does a number on rabbits. Have a straight pill 12ga 20" barrel by the same manufacturer(adler)out of Turkey....... good review I'm from oz so we don't have many options on shotgun actions we r allowed break barrels, lever, bolt and straight pull. The straight pull is virtually a broken semi auto.
