Adobe Premier Pro CS6 Video Laggy and Choppy

Adobe are still writing code to support the GTX1080. You will have flawless performance on the 980Ti. Sad but true All the best with having the patience to wait for an update. To the Adobe Developers, if you watched this video - get a move on yo! Or you might become the next FCP

I have an iMac desktop. When I used Premier Pro to edit my drone footage last Winter it was fine. All of a sudden everything has gone very choppy and lags quite a bit. Why is this happening all of a sudden?

GraphicMouse27 not sure. Had same issue. Upgrade to Premiere Pro CC solved it a bit. Might post another video about it.

Mauricio Blanco I have upgraded to Premiere cloud and it is working way better. Not yet as good as I imagine it ccoul d be but working ok ish.

Van in Wanderland just the upgrade from premiere Pro to cc was doing the trick. The issue is that Premiere does apparently not properly support the codecs
