I had a Pigeon that was around for a bunch of kittens being born. The mother was friendly with him and she let him get close to the kittens. One thing to keep in mind with Cats is that they are a danger to birds even if they're careful and not being aggressive. (on account of Bacteria they carry) So as long as you're always around: It's good to ensure that the cats know not to play in the usual way. This kitten is respectful and cautious and has a good parent keeping an eye on him :)

loooool so many nice things for kittens and birds to destroy. you must have a very well behaved parrot. XD That said, woe betide this poor being of the shared braincell, for his orangeness' first encounter with a birb is the hellaciously clever thing called a parrot. Being young, he is low in priority for his turn with the one braincell. Purring and mischief are all the orange flavored fluffball knows. also that tail angle makes me think he thinks he's a skunk. loooooooool flat to his back. He must be very confident to keep his butt so open and vulnerable. XD the purrs are fantastic btw.
