Absolutely correct. No dog should ever be able to stand on its hind legs for this long bouncing up and down. Sometimes dogs do jump up, but it's only for a few seconds, and supported by something, but this seems a little suspicious

errr.. these dogs are not waiting for their owners. This is a pet shop within EMart in Korea and the dogs haven't been sold hence why they are a grown up now. You might think what a cute dog but these dogs don't get enough human attention hence everytime they see a human they get really excited maybe hoping one day someone will take them home.

Haha! I mysel have a dog, whenever we put my dog at a grooming shop and few hrs ltr to go fetch her, she will also be like the dog getting all excited to see their owners, and like wat u said, them nt getting enough attention
