I have made a pair of these adorable baby shoes around 2 years ago. Today I just finished another one for my 2 months old baby boy! Yes the size is for 0-3 months. Foot lenght 9 cm. But all babies are different, some have very small feet and others very long feet. But the the material makes them a bit stretchy, so it will fit most babies of that age.
