Sir I own Hyundai Verna 2008 Indian version. There comes a DTC code P1186 or Check engine light at uncertain times. I am not able to diagnose whether it is fuel pressure sensor or fuel pressure regulator valve. After that code vehicle won't go beyond 3000RPM and shutsoff 1-2 times

Hi ... I'm having a prob here...fuel pressure sensor is getting 5.1volts when it should be only 2.5-5volts , any idea where those extra volts coming from?

So if you get a lower signal voltage, does that mean the pressure sensor is bad?

Hi I've got Porsche Cayenne turbo 2012 3.0 diesel I left headlights on come back to car 3 days after being in unit... I tried starting the car but it wouldn't start as battery was low so I've put jump leads on and car cranks but don't start so I've tried boost pack jumped the car, it started but immediately cuts off do you know why this is happening I'm so confused in what's gone wrong and I'm stuck I've paid a lot of money for this car to stop the engine from staying on and working.... Can you help?

First if all, replace the battery with a new Porsche battery. Don't charge it, replace it. New vehicles especially German cars, and just about all of them 2017 and up, the computer does a check on the battery, if not right, it'll kill the engine. The fuse panel is the computer that checks battery health. Why? To protect all the onboard modules/computers. Besides man, you bought a Porsche and think you can jump it like an old VW Beetle?

Unthread the FRP Sensor and connect a high pressure gauge.

@@frontlinemedia4270 suggestion for you and All az - first find on youtube video how to check or calculate thread size, then whatch another video on how to find high pressure gauges, then if you need - next video about thread adapters. But u know guys, if you can not figure it out by your self - maybe, just maybe it will be better to take your car to a profesionals?

Hi have a Isuzu Diesel code 192 fuel rail pressure sensor low voltage I change the sensor some thing not reseting and test the wire 5v good ground good but the sensor line when test with a test light ,the light stay on not momentary. can you help me thank you

Shafficool ali bocas FOrst off, do not check the sensor signal line with a test light. This circuit is low current and not meant to be tested with a test light. Hello, I have a Terracan 2.9crdi model 2004. Yesterday I had to change the valve cover so I removed the pipes from the common rail that goes to the injectors and unplugged the electricity from them and then I removed the cover. Put the new cover on and put everything back in place, pumped fuel with the hand pump and started the car, it ran for about 10 seconds and then it stopped. Now I can't get it to start. I connected it to computer but no errors. Anyone have an idea what could be wrong.
