Anyone who's having trouble keeping up with this workout, what ever you do don't ever pause the video because you'll tell yourself "Ok,I did enough for the day". If you can't keep up just skip a few sets you'll still loose the same amount as someone who can keep up because you're pushing your body just hard if not more. Eventually you'll be able to keep up and proceed to the Jumping Jack workout 3 and loose even more weight each week.

If you do two sets you burn about 600 to 800 calories in 40 minutes. Of course you have to stay away from junk food and soda but it will be worth it. Eat fruits like pineapples, peaches, strawberries. and kiwis. Eat clean, be lean. AND DRINK WATER. Don't buy workout videos that do the same exercise. Save your money and watch this video.

I hope my comment will inspire someone ✨ I recently went to the doctors and I found out that I weighed 172lbs, the most I've ever weighed in my life, I'm only 17 ( I'm not very tall either). 172lbs was scary to me, diabetes is a real thing and I have some symptoms of diabetes, that's even scarier. I lived my life listening to people tell me that being overweight is fine, it's normal especially for an American, but in truth it's not normal and it's not healthy. I lived my life not knowing what confidence was and being concerned if I could fit in one airplane seat and how people looked at me. I never really looked fat, but I felt it and it caused me to go into depression. Then I became really busty, and my breast became too big to fit in a sports bra and normal bra sizes which made things worse. I've never been in victoria secret before, I never wore a crop top, I couldn't wear swimsuit tops and I had to give away all my strapless dresses, and it bothered me, I felt un-normal and uncomfortable, I tried to hide myself because I hated myself, my parents were my biggest critics which made me feel like everyone felt the same way about my body as they did it mentally destroyed me. I soon became used to being overweight and I didn't care, I always made that terrible excuse of oh I'll workout later and never do, or work out for two days and stop yet I expected myself to be fit and healthy but in truth I was in denial with myself. But that doctor visit really pushed me over the edge, 172lbs was too much, I was obese and it wasn't okay. I decided I needed to commit myself to losing weight, I didn't even wait until the New Year to start, there was no time to wait I had to change my life right then and right there. Fast forward to now, I believe I've lost over 5lbs, I'm a bit smaller but I still have a long ways to go, inches are off my waist and my thighs, I don't have a flat stomach but it's almost there, I have abs under the layer of fat that I'm dying to get rid of ( the fat I mean not the abs, the abs stay!) my arms are a bit smaller, my breasts have gotten smaller and that back fat ? Boiiii bye! Barely even there anymore! And can I just say my confidence, just the amount of confidence I have in myself makes me so happy and proud. I cried so hard when I realized how much I needed this wake up call to change my life. Although I'm still fairly new in my journey I want to say this to everyone who reads this comment, don't give up on yourself. Don't reach a point where you are so uncomfortable with yourself, don't just watch this video and tell yourself that you'll do it later, do it now! And if you find that it's too hard or you can't keep up that's okay, you don't have to keep up, but keep going as much as you can and don't stop, the more you do it the stronger you'll get and before you know it you'll be crushing it and excited for more! Set your goal and reach your goal, do it for what you want, let it drive you to finish and to go harder, don't stop now, you're almost there! Little by little goes a long way and makes a huge difference! I just want to say thank you to Adrian, your workouts are tough but they're so life changing, the hard work, the sweat and tears are worth it! Thank you for inspiring me and so many other people. 💖 * just a small edit, so I had a medical condition which is the reason why I become so busty at a young age. I did have a breast reduction earlier this year and I’m doing so much better. I can’t wait to start shedding so weight again to look my absolute best!

Amazing. I’m currently 19 and 228 lbs. A week ago though I weighed 236.5 pounds, which scared me so much to hit 240, that I decided to take action and shut the fat me up. It’s thanks to Adrian’s videos that are helping me on my journey that I’m glad are paying off. I eat when my body is supposed to, cut all drinks except water, and of course exercise daily. Everyday I cut fat and again can’t thank Adrian enough for being a support for my journey

2 more weeks, i'll post my picture of my weigh and myself. Tina Ilić Bro, let me tell you how to do it when you so sooo knee hurt (and want to give up). First, no need to go fast as him say. Just do what you can, dont count your jumps. Look at his hand or legs to forget the pain. You can jump and then rest one or haft second. Then do it again. The point is to make you comfortable at first time. About 1 week. You will feel better and want to do it faster. After 2 or 3 weeks. You feel really lazy (REALLY REALLY GOD DAMN LAZY). not because youre tired. Because you are bored at this work out. Easy, try to put yourself in more different exiting workout. Wish you best luck and if you can, give me you picture of your resuit. I'll give you to exchange make us stronger.

Hi I just did this workout, doing 30 jumping jacks every 20 seconds (no breaks in between, just did more jumping jacks with the same intensity) twice in a row, then did some plank workout. 4 years since the first time i clicked in this video, and i'm still always coming back. Honestly, the best cardio workout i ever tried. Not only to get in shape but to feel relaxed and have some fun. If you can't with this 20 minute one, i recomend the 10 min Jumping jacks workout and doing it twice, once you feel it's not enough come back. I'll update soon with my results(I'm in shape, even better than the first time, but i only want to lose around 10lb so i look even better)

I wasn't exactly looking to lose pounds per se.. but I was wanting a good jumping jack cardio workout to make me SWEAT. . I tell you what.. this did it. this was my first time using this video, the highest I reached in the beginning was 27.5 (lol) and I had to do the sitting jumping Jacks at about the 7 minute mark, and I did that for about 2 minutes. got back up.. tried to challenge myself, got to 30, and I felt my heart about to burst through my chest! I walked it out did the "sitting" again for 30 seconds to recharge . then got back up for the rest of the workout, with a new determination.. when you said "brand new workout", I stayed in my range 25- 30.. before the last 30 seconds I reached 31!! and finished my workout at 47, and I impressed myself! this is probably my favorite video. i love that it has time settings because i can switch with weights and other types of cardio to mix things up. i really turn this into a full body workout. SO helpful. there needs to be more people like you!

One day by sudden found your workout and decided to do this as I want to lose weight that I gained due to quarantine. Day 1: done the 10 mins which seemed easier and did twice with 5 mins break in between. Day 2: my whole body was sore but done this one only one time and add the handle workout from your channel. Day 3: break as my whole body was really sore!! Day4: I combined the two workouts this one and the other one 10 mins jumping jacks and do the love handle one as well. I will keep doing the workout for 4weeks at least to see the results . Day 5: did this workout in the morning and then in the evening did the 10 mins jumping jack + love the handle workout. Day 6: Break. Day 7: done ✅. Wish me luck :). (Lost 3 pounds in the first week). The second week done 3 days of the workouts.( lost 3 pounds in the second week and I wasn’t follow any diet). So decided to watch what I was eating to lose more weight). Third week didn’t do any workout because I was sick but the good thing that I didn’t gain weight.

I did your 10 minute jumping jack workout yesterday and told myself I could definitely do more. I tried your 20 minute one today and surprisingly I was able to complete it the first time. Just the challenge I was looking for. Not bad for a 235 lb. guy. Then again, I've already lost 10 lbs. on my own before this. Just needed an alternate exercise since my gym was closed for a week.

Thank you Adrian you are such an inspiration. I started this week with the 10 mins version and after two days I felt strong enough to do this longer version. I hope to post a success story soon. I currently weigh 58.7 kg (I'm 1.55mts tall do that's definetly overweight for my size). I want to loose 10 kg within the next 6 months, but at least 4kg before Christmass. This definately had me sweating and I'm doing my best to eat better so I know I'll get results soon!

actually I'm 125 lbs :( the process of losing weight is different from person to person. I did this exercise 3 times a week, and I lost 5 lbs by only doing this one without major modifications of my diet. So, this works! Keep it going because i surely will! :)

This tore me up! I only got to 3 and a half minuets the first time. My goal is to drop below 250 before my birthday that's 11 days away. I'm sitting at 259 and have been doing the 10 minute jumping jack workout for 3 days and have lost 3 pounds since I started. I'd say the odds are in my favor.

It has been about two years since I started doing this and I am amazed by my progress so far. This work out with a combination of intermittent fasting resulted in me losing 80 pounds! I still do this at least 2 to 3 times a week for maintenance. It just shows you don’t need to be in the gym for hours to lose weight. Consistency and dedication is key.

No, I did 2 workouts a day. I did 2 of Adrian's videos ( this jumping jack one and the F being fat video) monday-friday. I also had one meal a day usually at around 3 pm and i have completely cut out sugar, salt and dairy out of my diet. I drank about 6-8 bottles of water too. I go to sleep early so that i avoid snacking at night and i wake up around 6. Its best if you do your workout as soon as you wake up so that you don't get lazy. don't let that voice in your head tell you "I'm gonna do it in a bit". I wish you the very best. I seriously see a difference especially in the stomach region, it has never been this flat. good luck
