really cool and interesting video! When you want I really enjoy the longest version with settings :D

Greta video my friend. I am new to photography and video and find your videos really inspiring. I know nothing about shooting in s-log 3 and would love to see a video on how to set that up, how to use it in the field and what to do with it in post

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. That is a nice-looking setup for hybrid shooting that I may have to consider!
@adriensanguinetti Жыл бұрын
Sony cameras offer great flexibility for hybrid shooting coupled with this kind of filters for extra quality it's the top. But I am sure other brands are great, like the xt5 you're looking at ;)

This is cool. I'm pretty lazy, I always used a 4-stop ND with a polarizer. But I didn't care so much about aperture I just wanted skies back and less reflected light on leaves and things.
@adriensanguinetti Жыл бұрын
Yeah that's why I wanted to tell that a 4stop ND is good enough because you can get good shots at higher aperture. This press on system makes the whole things so smooth

@@adriensanguinetti it's definitely a good idea. And if it gets more value out of your a7IV I think it pays for itself.

Interesting setup, I often leave my nds at home because I think they're a burden when going out but these looks like a nice solution for it.

Hey Andrien. What lenses would you recommend for streetphotography for a A7IV?... this is for me to start on SP

Nice video! What lens are you using with the NiSi Swift System in this video? And another quick question: what sort of microphone setup do you use for your travel B-roll footage? Cheers!
@adriensanguinetti Жыл бұрын
It was the 35mm Sigma 1.4 but I also use it on my Sigma 24-70mm. Basically is works well on any lenses! For the microphone, my Broll are all captured with my bare camera haha, it is the built in mic.
@tc5128 Жыл бұрын
Thanks for the reply! The audio is good for the in-built mic! Another question - was it hard deciding which filter thread to go for with the NiSi Swift System? I am guessing that once you commit to one thread size you are committing this filter system to a certain lens in your arsenal (i.e. every lens with filter thread of 72 mm). Do you have other lenses that have smaller thread (like Tamron with 67 mm thread)? And does NiSi offer an adapter to step this thread size up or down? NiSi should sponsor you :)

does these 2 filters hold up together very well? this 4 stops nd will not come off the main filter while walking with camera?
@adriensanguinetti Жыл бұрын
It is very safe, easy to press on and will definitely not come off while walking 👌🏻

Ahh, I was wondering how you swapped back and forth on one camera, must be nice when you got your Fuji so you had a 2 camera setup.
@adriensanguinetti Жыл бұрын
a 2 camera setup is very good but with that I can also go out with only the Sony and be very flexible and quick to react

Screwing / unscrewing 💀 definitely guilty of being lazy after a number of times and just cranking up the shutter haha. Congrats on soon 10k!
@adriensanguinetti Жыл бұрын
That's the worst! Cranking up shutter speed can work for scenes with less motion but it is good to be able to stick to the 180 degree rule so easily
