Are you allowed to cross things out if you tick the wrong box?

@@StuartMcGoo thank you for your response. I thought it just might look bad cause I’ve tick the wrong box and not understood.

@@jakeroadtonowhere4070 No as long as you make it clear in the crossing out it won't make a difference. I have done this many times on client forms and the crossing out hasn't affected the end result.

The previous summer I fell 6 times(unstable ankles, arthritis in feet, ankles, knees and due to bunions my big toes are in the middle of my feet). So I decided to get a bespoke walking stick. I’ve now found I’m getting pain in my shoulder due to the strain I’m putting on using the walking stick!..

I have the same problem from using my stick. It's no fun being disabled.

Hi Stu, just wondering, my 19yr old daughter is on Enhanced rate mobility and care on PIP is autistic, severe anxiety, panic disorder, social phobia, cannot go out by themselves, in 95% in a wheelchair, due to diagnosed chronic bursitis, headijg forb4 MRIs in eptnfor suspected scoliosis, chronic constipation and insomniac, audio and f2f video avoidance, cannot finish projects, procrastinates, and suffers migraines with Aura. Has AMH and pain management clinic, gastro team support, GP support and psychological consultant support.. Im her official carer on (CA). What are the chances they will automatically out her on LCWRA without assessment as she cannot communicate with people due to extreme anxiety and autism and refers everything to me to communicate with people. Im doing the form now and want to get everything right and detailed but am hoping they look at all that and the evidence and make it automatic, if we are lucky that is. What do you think? Im just trying to be realistic so as to not panic my daughter too much over this.
