Same man, they officially released their first trash album, it's disappointing but they already put out so many great bangers that they really don't need to prove to anyone that they're on top of their game, just hope they learn a lesson from that album and move back to the type of music they play best. If not we can just keep on listening to their old stuff.

I remember them opening with this song on 3/23/2013 before the album was even released. I had never seen them live and knew only 5 or 6 songs. But ill never forget the moment this song kicked in. I had never seen my local venue go so hard or be so full. Greatest show of my entire life

The first time I heard this song, I was stoned out of my skull and misheard "substance, give me substance" as "sunsets, give me sunsets" and my mind immediately started piecing the lyrics together as this conflict between the different parts of ADTR, or possibly the different fans, the "give me violence" being the angry, loud screaming breakdown side and "give me sunsets" being the clean, more positive, catchy, pop-punk side and I thought it was the coolest shit ever. Of course the actual lyrics are much deeper than that, I still think about this every time I listen to the song.
