im like level 0. i went to a gymnastics class for two years and it sucked, i could barely do a cartwheel (like my team) after two whole years! i had to stop because of covid and i started again. this class is a bit better i guess

Very late, but any tips on learning you’re back handsprings? I’ve been doing gymnastics for 6 years with no experience. And I just started doing classes, and I’m trying out for team in a couple of months. I’m about a lvl 3, but I struggle to do backhand springs.

This is sooo amazing....seeing grown up people of all shapes and sizes learning to tumble, actually managing to do it and most importantly, having fun! I repeat...when I recover my health and get fit again, I'm joining an adult gymnastics class! And I better get on the case quick coz I really am an oldie...!

Same. I begged my parents when I was a kid to sign me up for gymnastics but they said no and signed me up for piano lessons, instead. Pushing 40 now and, even though I'm too old to ever become good enough to compete, I still very much want to be a gymnast. But in my area, they don't take adults as first-timers. The closest we have us a tumbling class for cheerleaders but I'm about 15-20 years too old to take those, too.
