Great video! I appreciate the way you show how skills can be modified to match your current level, especially for less common movements.

Do you have any recommendation for shoulder pain? I'm almost 35 years old (not a young gun anymore) and have been practicing handstands on and off for about 3 years. Got a good consistent hold and half a HSPU. I do get pains deep in my shoulder muscles which I don't really feel unless I'm raising my hands above my shoulders or poke around a bit with my fingers. Any tips?

Did your neck get hurt practicing calisthenics ? Any advice that you may have to prevent that from happening ? Awesome content as usual.

I tried Kick Ups HS the other day. Either I push off weakly or I slam into the wall and fall down. Even though I clearly understand that it is the last thing to bend my arms 😂

Kick ups need repetition u just need to keep repeating it and eventually u will start slowing down and hit the balance spot easier
