Amazon Brand Registry has nothing to do with the IPO's, it's just a way of enforcing your existing IPO rights on the Amazon platforms. You can not register your patent on Amazon brand registry but You can register your own brand or trade mark with amazon brand registry regardless you are sole trader or company 😉 -RS
