Heyy, first of all let me thank you so much for the tutorials they really help me out!! I was wondering if you gave any tips on making my knife smoother as one of the handles is quite stiff. Thank yo!

Hey, thanks for the kind feedback, glad I could help you out! Does your knife have pivot screws? If so, squeeze the handles together and try to loose the screw up a bit, to the point where the handle can swing freely. Also, apply some fine oil to the pivots and let it work in.

@@balitutor523 Okayy that’s awesome thank you so much! Haha I’m so sorry to keep asking but, I screwed it the wrong way which made it incredibly tight, I can’t seem to untighten it + The hole of my screw has kinda become bigger and deshaped. I’m really worried now, have you got any tips?

@@SomeoneonlyIknow-hz8nu Haha no worries. Well if the pivot barrel keeps spinning in place, squeeze the handles together while the knife is in an open position, and try to unscrew it. Also make sure to use the right screwdriver size.

Although it's still a chaplin, I can't find too many tutorials on the Vertical Chaplin. Any tips?

Well, I have to admit that it's quite a bit harder than the standard one. Instead of moving your hand horizontally, you will be "drawing" a vertical line, up and down, with your index finger pointing away from you. You can also try to move your hand diagonally, if that helps. But like the standard one, start as slow as you can, and with a long vertical circle/line that you "draw". I hope this helps (not that easy to explain via text), in case I see more people struggle with it I might make a tutorial. Thanks for watching!
