Coach here, I've always said reversing is overrated. It's so easy to get wrong and soooooooo difficult to do properly. But I guess if you're mostly maxed out you're going to need every centimeter.

Have you ever considered compiling a dvd library for sale, or is it very costly? Thanks

Are you planning to keep compete in Discus and Shot ?

Nice video Jordan. Quick Question: Do you think it's beneficial to spend the extra time during practice to record and analyze every throw to make it look like Fredrick's throw? Even if that means you end up throwing less? Thanks for the hot and ready thrower wisdom pizzas you're sharing on YT.

Darrny H. When I throw by myself I tend to look at my film more often to see what I’m doing. when my coach is there I often don’t check it at all until I’m home. I do think especially on bad days it’s nice to check footage and see what’s going on during practice, but it’s also nice to stay in my throwing rhythm and not keep pausing to study my throws. Got to find the balance
