I think my problem now is finding that sweet stride to go into the gather step. But, I am progressing everyday. I'm landing my front. But I need more height to make it flow more. Really appreciate the tutorial!! Good luck fellow Traceurs!!

Dude man i love all ur videos u go into sooo much detail n it really helps beginners like me out, and just saying we need to get free-running/ Parkour out there more .ever time i say something bout it someone around me is like whats that? then i show them of course, but keep up the good work i might work on a parkour video soon im not shur yet bc im not gonna lie i dont think i ready.

Also, whoever wants to learn this, what helped me to learn this trick was doing a kong frontflip. It helps you get the motion of the gather-step and the frontflip, but you use your hands to assist it.

this particular set up for a frontflip is also called a " smooth step front " where i live, it goes pretty good and makes sense lol. you should add it to the tags or description of this video because because i know a lot of people know it as a smooth step frontflip, just a suggestion. And nice tutorial Jesse, it is helpful!

Hey, I love your vids. I was wondering if you could do a palm spin tutorial. Thanks
@chimoji60812 жыл бұрын
Good tutorial thnx. 1 small question about the technique though. When you swing you arms up from there just to "throw" them back down to get into a tuck, isn't that like a counter productive move or something? I was always taught that you should swing you arms up over your head and than swing down so that the whole arm movement "goes the same direction"... hope you know what I mean by that :p (this seems to work though haha)

where do you live ? theres always something to be had even with flat ground (worst case scenario) try to get to a better skill level and start being more creative and daring, all this will help you in the aspects of "Parkour Vision", if all else fails either train on the ground or walk more and discover more places ( i have to walk for a ways before i get to some awsome "parkour spots", you can train anywhere, watch Parkour Pilgrimage, hopefully that will give insight and some training ideas PK!

Jessie i have a question, the parkour class that i take doesnt teach me how to flip, so should I take gymnastics to learn or should i just practice into a foam pit and lean from your front flip tutorials?

This is a weird request but can you do a video on how to spot the ground? I can do moves but my landing and everything else is never constant because i never really look at the ground and might as well do things with my eyes closed so yeah, if you can that'd be awesome.

Jesse, you should buy a windscreen instead or when you get the mic get a windscreen for it. You do nearly all your videos outisde. I'd say a windscreen is pretty import so we can hear what you"re teaching. Like this to get His attention!

What really gets u up? Cause like for my punch fronts I try to not punch loud (it still ends up being loud) and I only get about mid chest height (as if im standing). Im 14 years old and 5'9" so that's not a lot for me. How do I get UP and how does this blocking thing work?

throw your hands up as you jump. I think your problem is that you are tucking the moment you jump. Let yourself jump first and then go for the tuck

I doubt that you will see this comment but what I did when he heel used to be really injured is you go up to a wall and put your foot against(so your heel is on the ground toes on wall) it then lean forward
