I love your work... but most of all I love these no self / self as an appearance in awareness meditations. Of all the styles you do, these get me to a beautiful place of stillness and a depth of calm I find hard to access with breathing-focused meditations. I hope you'll keep doing more 'advanced' content like this. Thanks for all you do!

It was way easier for me to concentrate on the breath and be aware of everything after I visualized/imagined I was my consciousness instead of what I was experiencing. And the minutes flew by. Maybe you can add this tweak to other meditations as well, its like a lifehack. Instead of having the perception that you are what you experience, you visualize everything as objects in your consciousness. Thank you again ❤️❤️

I would like to take this time to tell you all of a true experience that I had when I was in training to become an ophthalmologist ( eyephysician and surgeon). I was doing cataract surgery on a patient and became totally focused on the surgery so that I was aware of the patients breathing and the moment she stopped breathing. The patient only had a regional anesthesia, no anesthetist present, but fortunately at the hospital operating theater, there were more than enough qualified ones who I then called for and the patient was successfully revived. I'm telling this to illustrate the point of this meditation. One can become totally unaware of the Self.
