0:24 - do a windmill and finish on the Opposite side. Dribble once hold ball over head, then bring back in into chest then finish with the same arm same leg. 1:34 - windmill fake: drive, dibble, jab, then lay up. But keep dribbling when jabing and one more dribble after that then take that last step without a dribble. 2:54 - dribble, fake jab , then the ball over top of your head with your left leg in front .

Quality video. Most of the windmill finishes take place where the dribble coincides with the inside foot, not the outside.

I need advice from EGT or anybody(Who's bought their programs). So I graduated High School really early and I'm basically in College rn. Should I stick with the High School portion of their workouts or should I do the College portion?
@DeepGameBasketball
@DeepGameBasketball 6 жыл бұрын
Dude, that's all about where you are physically and with your game. If you feel the HS portion of the training isn't pushing you any more than move on or if it is pushing you stay with it. - Joe @ TeamEGT

I have a question about the jump shot program you have, will it help you start anew? My jumpshot has been inconsistent my entire life, it's been quite an annoyance. I've been advised not to completely start over unless you have to but this is one of those times. I need to get consistent mechanics and get a silky smooth jumper. Will this program help or is it only effective if you already have a mediocre jumper because I have a broke jumper! My friend told me that if you're new to EGT you get a 1 time offer of 67$, which i am sorely tempted to take because the price of an individual program is 97$, I checked yesterday. i am excited, but I want to make sure that this is a good investment. My jumper is currently the weakest part of my game!

Yes, it will help you start your jumper from scratch and will build on proper shooting fundamentals that NBA players use. Email our support and ask them about the 1st time discount -- helpdesk@eliteguardtraining.com - Joe @ TeamEGT

Hey coach drew! I have been practicing 2-3 hours a day, everyday, one of the best on my team and doing good in school. I have been trying to get notice by scouts and assistant coaches (I live in Australia) but I cannot move up in the game to get to a professional standard. I’m 15 and it is really tough. Are you able to tell me why this is happening and tell me how I can get noticed to earn a basketball scholarship and go into university/college? I’m trying to get into the NBL (Australian version of NBA) but I can’t, so if you could help, I would really appreciate it!!! -Andrew

Hey Andrew, just a suggestion, if you are looking for a scholarship, focus on basketball as well as studies, it makes you a more presentable student and once you get into a good college, shift your focus totally on basketball.

Yes, it's normal. You'll get faster but NEVER sacrifice the work or the drills for the sake of time. If time becomes an issue just cut some drills. The idea is to be 100% focused on every drill you do. - Joe @ TeamEGT

hello sir, I am a basketball player from India, looking to build on my fundamental aspects of the game. I have played basketball at the national level in my country, what package do you recommend me to buy, considering the fact that the skill level in India is low? I am currently 20 years old.
