Your care for people with limited mobility is always amazing. Here they are always finding new chair workouts to help their motivation instead of being stuck forever to a few options. Very few fitness and health channels have sitting workouts and those are kept to a minimum just because they get less views, but you keep renewing your playlist. This shows how much you sherish human beings way more than the KZbin statistics.

Great workout Paul. I’m 44 years old from Kauai, Hawaii. Generally I am high energy and work hard every day. I was doing a window washing job and my ladder slipped under me. Broke both of my heels. Your high energy videos are giving me my morning exercise and giving me hope that my body will recover quickly. Thank you for your great videos

Hi Paul, I recently became an above knee amputee, and due to osteomyelitis in my femur, I will be in a wheelchair for some time. I am ex college athlete, endurance runner and cyclist, and I have not been able to do what I love for over a year now. God willing, I will be on a prosthetic before the new year, but until then, I am so glad that I have found you. I have two young children whom my wife and I trying to teach the importance of physical activity for not just the body, but also the mind! This morning we did this workout video as a family, and my daughter was so excited because you kept saying her name! (Layla). I just wanted to say thank you for your energy, and thank you for providing me some fun energetic workout videos to get my heart pumping, and that out a smile on my face. Your energy is contagious, and your care for others shines through in your videos. God bless you my friend! I’ll be working out with you everyday for the next couple months!

Enjoyed this workout, especially with the pauses for water breaks. The oblique dance and stretch, washing/drying the windows, and the windmill were very effective for my lower back pain. Thank you!

I have had to sit and get fit in a wheelchair years ago when I had spinal cord surgery and cancer surgery. So, all I do is out of my personal experiences. Even though I am well, I will never stop inspiring people who are not where I am.

I noticed you do exercises in a wheelchair & from a chair. I'm in a wheelchair because l'm physically unable to walk. Please don't pretend that you need a wheelchair, Handicapped people are watching you also.

You have the one idea. I am not pretending I need a wheelchair. I have been asked by many people in wheelchairs and organizations to do seated workouts. What you don't know is that there was a season in my life when I had to use one. I had 2 major surgeries that made me sit. One was cancer, I am now 10 years cancer free and Spinal Cord surgery when I injured my spinal cord. So don't speak what you don't know. During those seasons I did make seated videos and never stopped even after by the grace God I could walk again. With that said I will continue to always inspire people with limited mobility to exercise their body soul and spirit while they sit. Have a blessed day.

I don’t think he’s trying to be rude he’s putting himself in our position for the exercises. I like that he does the exercises from a wheelchair and you shouldn’t be offended cause I don’t think that’s his intentions.
