Nice quick scenario. If I could suggest a future scenario for the 2 of you to encompass open topped and unarmored vehicles as targets and to show the collateral attacks/vehicular overrun rules, try J113 Maczek Fire Brigade from Journal 8. It was the feature scenario in the Crosstown Traffic article by Carl Nogueira in that same Journal... Cheers!

Hi Guys Got curious about the Sdkfz 10/5 following your comments. The vehicle was introduced , I believe , in the Valour of the Guards Historical Module. Its ID number in Chapter N should be 88.1 ( 88 being the Sdkfz 10/4). The online version of the rules I have is not updated that far. According to VOTG , it was the same vehicle , up-gunned from the 2cmFlaK30 to the 2cmFlaK38 , and with an 8mm steel gun shield added to the turret front. Though not explicitly stated , I would assume that the crew would not be considered CE if fired on through the TCA (see Gunshields C11.5 ). Sdkfz 10/5 IS considered Open-Topped (D1.23) ( White Vehicle under outline ) , and the Upper (Turret) Front Facing is Armoured - Value 0. According to the entry in VOTG : " t These are partially Armored AFV, with armor only on their front Target Facing . See also German Vehicle Notes A , D. Thanks. We finally found it in Ch H (page H169). I'm not sure it helped me fully understand how the crew on the back manning the gun are attacked, CE, etc. The Ch H entry shows it OT, but the VASL counter doesn't indicate as such. /shrug Still confused. 😁

The Sdkfz 10/5 is in chapter H on page H169 under "MISCELLANEOUS ADDITIONAL VEHICLE NOTES". I have no idea why it isn't with all the other German vehicles. It is open topped on the counter they show. Also, why didn't the immobilized tank fire it's machine guns and the unarmored rear of the 10/5 as it drove past? Same question on the 8-0 leader stack in W8.

18:00 should the tank be Shocked instead? Is it susceptible to imm from a HD position?

It was hit at 16:07. Scott rolled 6,6, malf'd his other 1/2-track, but still got a multiple hit on the hull then he rolled 2,1 on the first TK roll.
