I had a reverse shoulder replacement due to injury 6 months ago. I am still having pain. I have been doing PT but my PT wants to release me as he doesnt think I will get better. Do you have any ideas as to how I can become pain free? I am very tired of sleeping in a recliner.

I had a hip replacement that went wrong due to infection so within a year I had to have it done again. That was 2 years or more ago I still can't walk properly and suffer pain so I guess you and I are stuck with it. I am suffering now with chronic shoulder pain due to arthritis. Who knows what they will do so far not a lot.

I wish there was. They're limiting actual pain relief medications more and more every year, including next year. See DEA latest announcement.

I'm 87 with advanced left shoulder arthritis. I have been treated by 3 orthopedic specialists which included PT, cortisone shots, pain killers. No relief. My doctors advised against shoulder replacement because of my age. I'm in a great deal of pain. Is there any hope for some pain relief?

The only thing that will work for this sort of pain is cannabis

I hope you have had some relief of your pain. I would like to recommend something which I have found helpful. CBD topical affords some relief. Salonpas Lidocaine patches help alleviate the pain. If you live someplace where medical marijuana is available that has been helpful especially with sleep problems. Another topical pain relief is from Resonant botanicals Royal Relief for Intense pain and Painless Sport Pro. These contain MSM, magnesium, and hemp oil extract.
