Damn man, that is absolutely beautiful. Wish vehicles came stock like this. Hate road noise on the motorway. This looks like it'd be epic! The cabin often gets forgotten and only the back gets done. Doing the outer wheel wells as well as inner is dope too.

Have you ever done a before and after sound check measurement? I'd be really interested to know as I do a lot of motorway miles and my T6.1 is noisy.

Looks great. Do VW California's benefit from receiving any of this additional sound deadening? Or is the factory deadening good?

Hi Thanks for a great video. I came looking because I've been doing virtually the same to my 6.1 and found I can't get the door cards back on properly.. the rear edges won't clip back in. did you have to trim off any of the sound absorber?

Copied you exactly on the doors, however my door card will not go back on. Had to remove the acoustic matting to get the door card back on!

Hi Michael - Thanks for the message! It's mainly the 2mm / 4mm Sound Deadening that is the heavy part. We've never weighed it but for this install it would about 35kg based on the box weights.
