Thank you for this wonderful video. I will be getting my transplant in a few weeks for MF. There is excellent information that I will be discussing with my transplant team such as GVHD Biomarkers and taking Jakafi through the transplant process.

This is a very good discussion. I have terminal cancer with zero hope for cure except allo. My oncologist refuses to even do the FREE bethematch cheek swab to get me in the HLA database. He views Allo as last ditch- when either Allo or death is the end for me. I have tons of data- he ignores it and cites outdated mortality and GvHD %s. I want Allo while I'm strong enough and don't have exclusionary factors. I'm further researching to file a grievance against him (my insurance is VERY limiting in terms of who I can see even with a very rare cancer that 300/year get: p53 mutated MCL. I will use some info in this presentation in my letter. Thanks.
