My best suggestion: don't join tcs as a fresher,,, join start up companies and join tcs when you want to quit IT field before As a fresher you have to be on the bench for a long period and don't get projects that you want to work less opportunities , very less increment Only we have job security in tcs

Now there is recession and layoffs from many companies, please guide me, i have an offer from a startup with good package, but i feel the job security wont be there, (improper communication, finding many excuses to pay lower stipend during internship and all), and i also have a offer from tcs ninja package, what should i choose ?
